Programming
Power Up
During power up, the software version of the control
will display (i.e., “0009” or later) Next, the default
cycle vend, Perm Press Cold (domestic models) or 60c
Perm Press (international models) will display.
Communications
Alliance Planner Software
The Alliance Planner Software is a program that
allows the user to pre-program customized cycle
formulas, vends, etc. for all WE-8 B-Control washer-
extractors in a facility. The information from the
software is downloaded into the laptop, where the user
is able to create and/or modify cycles. The cycle
information is stored on the laptop and then
downloaded into the washer-extractor.
NOTE: The machines are factory programmed
with basic cycles to make the units operational
without programming at installation.
Entering Program Mode
1. Open coin box
2. Locate rocker switch at top front inside coin
vault.
3. Press the switch end toward the front of the
machine. Cycles count (“----”) will display. This
count cannot be reset.
4. Press START (enter).
5. Display will show “PricE PrG1” and show the
current vend amount for cycle one. Refer to
Programming Vend Amount Section.
NOTE: Programming mode can be exited at any
time by returning the programming switch to run
mode.
NOTE: Program Mode can only be entered if a
cycle is not in process.
Setup Mode
Vend and coin amounts can be programmed using the
keypad or the Alliance Planner Software. All vend and
coin amount programming changes, whether through
the keypad or the Alliance Planner, MUST be made in
Program Mode. Refer to Entering Program Mode.
NOTE: All changes followed by pressing START
(enter) will be stored.
Programming Vend Amount
NOTE: This option selects the vend amount for
each cycle program (total of eight vend amounts,
one for each cycle).
NOTE: For Free Mode, set vend to 0.
NOTE: Vend amounts are changed by using the up
(∧) arrow keypad or the down (∨) arrow keypad.
1. After entering program mode, display scrolls
“PriCE PrG1”, then shows the vend price for
cycle Program 1. Use up arrow keypad to
increase, or down arrow to decrease. If correct,
press START (enter) keypad to continue.
2. Displays “PrG2”, then shows the vend price for
cycle Program 2. Use up keypad to increase,
down keypad to decrease, or press START (enter)
keypad to continue.
3. Displays “PrG3”, then shows the vend price for
cycle Program 3. Use up keypad to increase,
down keypad to decrease, or press START (enter)
keypad to continue.
4. Displays “PrG4”, then shows the vend price for
cycle Program 4. Use up keypad to increase,
down keypad to decrease, or press START (enter)
keypad to continue.
5. Displays “PrG5”, then shows the vend price for
cycle Program 5. Use up keypad to increase,
down keypad to decrease, or press START (enter)
keypad to continue.
6. Displays “PrG6”, then shows the vend price for
cycle Program 6. Use up keypad to increase,
down keypad to decrease, or press START (enter)
keypad to continue.
7. Displays “PrG7”, then shows the vend price for
cycle Program 7. Use up keypad to increase,
down keypad to decrease, or press START (enter)
keypad to continue.
8. Displays “PrG8”, then shows the vend price for
cycle Program 8. Use up keypad to increase,
down keypad to decrease, or press START (enter)
keypad to continue.
