Rapid Advance
NOTE: This option allows the user to step forward
in the cycle during operation before the step is
complete. Rapid Advance is enabled by following
the steps below:
1. Turn off power to the machine.
2. Press and HOLD the (∧) and (*) keypads while
restoring power.
3. Display will show Advance.
4. Release keypads and advance is enabled.
5. Press START (enter) to select Rapid Advance.
6. Press START (enter) again to start the cycle
already in process.
7. Press the lower right keypad (∧) down arrow
symbol) to advance in the cycle.
NOTE: Advance is disabled at end of cycle.
Test Cycle
NOTE: The test cycle is a special cycle (cycle 9)
which will verify all major machine functions. To
run a test cycle, follow the steps below:
1. Turn off power to machine.
2. Press and HOLD the (∧) and PERM PRESS/
WARM (domestic models) or 95C Synthetic
(international models) keypads while restoring
power.
3. Display will show “test”.
4. Press START (enter) to begin the test cycle.
NOTE: Rapid Advance is automatically enabled
for the test cycle and disabled at the end of the test
cycle.
