quarter, 1.00 Yen, etc…)
NOTE: Coin denomination amounts are changed
by using the up () arrow keypad or the down ()
arrow keypad.

Programming Decimal Point
Position
NOTE: This option selects the position of the
decimal point. It can be placed between the
leftmost pair of digits (i.e., 1.000), between the
middle pair of digits (i.e., 00.25), or between the
right most pair of digits (i.e., 000.1) in the display.
NOTE: Decimal point position is changed. Coin

change the position, or press START (enter)
keypad to continue.
12. The calibration procedure begins after pressing
START (enter). Refer to Calibration Procedure
Section.
Calibration Procedure
The calibration procedure immediately follows the end
of programming decimal point position. As soon as
START (enter) keypad is pressed after programming
the display decimal point position, the control locks
the door. If door is open, “Shut door” will display
until door is closed. Calibration procedure begins as
described in the following steps:
1. Display scrolls “dIStrIb SPEEd”, then machine
runs briefly at distribution speed, and the RPM
displays.
2. Control accelerates to the each of the spin speed
presets, showing “SPIn x” (“x” = spin speed
number 1, 2, etc.), then the RPM, maintaining
each briefly while showing RPM.
3. When complete, control allows machine to coast
to a stop, while display shows “COASt dOWN
PLEASE WAIT”.
4. Once machine has stopped, control unlocks door
and displays “done”. The door can be opened,
and the program switch returned to RUN
position.
Cycle Programming
The 8 cycle programs cannot be modified from the
keypad. Changing the factory cycle programs requires
a laptop computer, with Alliance Planner Software
V1.04 or later installed on the laptop. The laptop
connects to the machine using a serial port which is
accessed by opening the coin box. The PROGRAM
switch in the coin box on the machine must be in
PROGRAM mode before the cycle programs can be
read, written or downloaded using the laptop and
Alliance Planner Software.
Once the connection between the laptop computer and
machine is made, and the PROGRAM switch is in
program position, use the software to read, write,
modify or download cycles.
IMPORTANT: The machine selected in the
Alliance Planner software on the laptop MUST
match the machine it is connected to.
IMPORTANT: Any cycles which may exist above
cycle 9 on the laptop, using Alliance Planner file
will not be transferred to the washer (only cycles
1 - 9 will transfer).
Contact the factory for information regarding
“Alliance Planner” software.
