ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Remove sheet (D) from fixture (A). Determine

the approximate location for the fixture (A).

Place sheet (D) against the wall using the

adhesive (C), and mark the location of the holes

using a pencil or a marker (not included).

Then, using a 1/8 in. drill bit (not included), drill four

pilot holes at the marked locations.

Position plastic anchor (DD) in each pilot hole. Gently

tap plastic anchors (DD) with a hammer (not

included) until flush with wall surface. Screw fixture

screw (CC) into plastic anchor (DD) about 1/3 of the

way, allowing about 1 in. of the screw to remain

showing.

CAUTION: To mount to wall without an outlet

box, proper wiring for a light fixture must be present

and/or accessible. If not, consult a qualified

electrician before installing the fixture.
