ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

1. Insert wood dowels (AA) into bottom frame (A).

Line up holes on one bottom side panel (D) with

wood dowels (AA) and attach to bottom frame

(A) using short Cross bolts (BB), spring washers

(EE) and flat washers (FF). Tighten with Phillips

screwdriver, but do not overtighten.

Repeat for the other bottom side panel (D), left

middle panel (B) and right middle panel (C).

2. Attach front molding (E) to left middle panel

(B) and right middle panel (C) with wood dowels

(AA) and long screws (HH). Tighten with Phillips

screwdriver.

Insert one back panel (F) down along the groove of

bottom side panel (D) and left middle panel (B) and

the other back panel (F) down along the groove of

bottom side panel (D) and right middle panel (C).

3. Insert wood dowels (AA) into left middle panel

(B), right middle panel (C) and bottom side panels

(D). Line up holes on shelf (G) with wood dowels

(AA) and attach to left middle panel (B) and right

middle panel (C) from underneath using short cross

bolts (BB), spring washers (EE) and flat washers

(FF). Tighten with Phillips screwdriver, but do not

overtighten.

4. Insert wood dowels (AA) into each side of shelf (G).

Line up holes on top right panel (I) and top left panel

(H) with wood dowels (AA) and attach to bottom side

panels (D) through shelf (G) from underneath using

long cross bolts (DD), spring washers (EE) and flat

washers (FF). Tighten with Phillips screwdriver, but

do not overtighten.

Note: Do not fully tighten the bolts on the assembly until mantel is completed.
