Using ControlNet
Message Instructions
You can use the Message (MSG) instruction and the MG data type to
send message commands over the ControlNet system within the local
ControlNet link:
• PLC-5 TYPED WRITE
• PLC-5 TYPED READ
• PLC-3 WORD RANGE READ
• PLC-3 WORD RANGE WRITE
• PLC-2 UNPROTECTED READ
• PLC-2 UNPROTECTED WRITE
Use your programming software to go to the instruction entry for
message block screen.
