1394 DC Link Module
The 1394-DCLM (DC Link Module) provides additional load leveling and energy storage (capacitance) for
1394 systems. This allows additional regenerative energy to be stored during the machine cycle, increasing
system capacity, lowering cycle time, and avoiding resistive heat loss. The module can be used alone or
two modules can be used to interconnect two 1394 systems using the DC Link cable.
