TOWING HITCH
EXTERIOR SIDES
On the rear of the Allegro Breeze can be found
a Class 2, 5,000-pound towing hitch (Figure 11-
1) capable of handling a tongue weight of 500
pounds.
is hitch is installed for towing a passenger car
to be used when the vehicle is parked. e wire
connector installed with this hitch is a standard,
seven-pin connector.
For more information on the connector, please see
Chapter 7 of this Owner’s Manual.
e sides (Figure 11-2) of your
Allegro Breeze are constructed of
gel-coated berglass. To add to
this feature, the end caps are also
gel-coated berglass.
To clean these berglass surfaces,
only use warm water and a mild
cleanser; gently wash with so
cloths. Use of sti bristle brushes
or other harsh abrasives may cause
scratches in the berglass surfaces.
NOTE: Tin Motorhomes is NOT
responsible for the weathering/oxi-
dation of gel-coated surfaces.
Lighted storage compartments are
located on the exterior sides of your Allegro Breeze. ese external compartments provide ample, ad-
ditional space for your belongings while you are traveling.
When stowing materials in these storage compartments, try to “balance” the resultant weight load from
front to rear and from side to side—this will keep the center of gravity of the motor home essentially
unchanged and should not adversely aect the handling characteristics of the motor home when it is
in motion.
