ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
PROPER SEALANTS FOR APPLICATION
 e following sealants are recommended for speci c sealing applications, as noted in the table.  ese
can be purchased through the Ti n Motorhomes parts and service department by calling 256-356-
0261.
Recommended sealants for specific sealing applications
SEALANT APPLICATION
Plas-T-Code Metal or  berglass roof
Rubber roof over wood base
Rubber laminated to metal roof and
ALL SKYLIGHTS
To cover butyl and other sealants; not to be used
as the main sealant
To seal across tops of windows on exterior
surfaces where silicone is not used
Surebond #SB-140
Carlisle #502-LSW self leveling sealant
Silicone sealant
Parbond
NOTICE
Do not use solvents such as acetone, MEK, toluene, and the like on the decals.
Any solvent including alcohol may soften and smear colors. Do not use lac-
quer thinner or paint thinner on decals. Do not overcoat the decals with clear
paint. Do not allow gasoline or other fuels to come into prolonged contact with
the decals. However, if this should occur, immediately flush the affected area
with water.
