This chapter describes the functional overview of the functions included in the library.

section.

Please note that these screens are slightly different from other Operating systems.

9.1 Overview of the MELSEC Data Link Library

These functions are used when creating a user program that communicates with a

PLC CPU. With the functions, the user can perform communication without being

conscious of the hardware type on the opposite side or the communication protocol.
