High Temp
High Temp Pleated Filter is a medium efficiency pleated filter specially constructed for
use in systems involving elevated operating temperatures. The perimeter frame is
constructed of Aluminum The media is a bonded to metal grid on the air-exiting side,
preventing fluttering, and maintaining uniformity of the pleats. The pleat pack is held in
the frame with a heavy duty expanded metal face sheet on both sides.
Charcoal Carbon Pleated
Our pleated filter incorporates a 100% synthetic media. The media is a bonded to metal
grid on the air-exiting side, preventing fluttering, and maintaining uniformity of the
pleats. The filter pack is attached to a carbon back panel then enclosed in a heavy-duty,
moisture resistant, die-cut frame that will not wrap, crack or distort under normal
operating conditions. Available in MERV 8, 11 and 13 medias in 1”, 2”, 4”, 5” and 6”
frames.
Industrial Grade Carbon
The polyester impregnated charcoal odor reducing lters are used for odor, chemical, VOC, and vapor
control for residenal, commercial, or industrial use. For best results, change every 2-3 months
depending on use. The carbon impregnated polyester media with heavy duty face sheets on each side.
The pack is then placed to t rmly inside the frame giving the lter its exceponal strength and
durability.
Permanente HVAC Air Filters
All-Filters washable air filters are permanent prefiltration options for commercial and
industrial HVAC systems. Metal filters are commonly used in air intakes air intake units
and roof top economizers where they are used to remove large particulate and mist
from the air.
H-Series (Commercial Grade HVAC Filter)
The H series media is made of multi-layered, slit and expanded sheets of aluminum
which are staggered to form thousands of effective dusts holding baffles, enclosed in a
lightweight aluminum frame. Designed for air applications such as make up air roof top
units in light industrial, commercial, schools, and office buildings where a lighter weight
washable filter is recommended. They can also be used as pre filters, which would
remove large particles that easily clog a filter. Pre filters keep the main filter lasting
longer and the unit running more smoothly.
