7.2.5 City/Address to Lat/Long (LL) Request and Response
1. (Request) Following are parameters for latitude/longitude coordinates
for a given city, postal code, or address (PC*MILER|Streets only).
Lat/longs are returned in degree, minute second format.
For example:

(ALK uses ‘Q’ + the job number)
FILL-10 10 Blank Fill
