3. Create a shortcut to either Srv32_Hwy.exe or Srv32_Tolls.exe. Set the

For PC*MILER|Streets:
1. Edit c:\windows\pcmserve.ini in Notepad and set the Library=value
from “ALKWIN” to “ALKTLL”, or from “ALKTLL to ALKWIN”. If your
existing Library= value is an ICC library, you must change it to another
library.
2. Create a short cut to either Srv32_Hwy.exe or Srv32_Tolls.exe
