10-2 Connecting the Remote Controller
The following gure shows the connection of the remote controller.
Plug into the DJ-X30.
Plug into an MP3 player
or other portable audio
player.
Commercially-available stereo
mini-plug cable (ø3.5 mm).
Plug into the audio input jack of
the remote controller.
Connect commercially-available
earphones/headphones.
10-3 Remote Controller Functions
• Both monaural and stereo earphones/headphones can be used.
• You can connect an MP3 player or other portable audio player to the remote
controller and listen to music under normal conditions. When the squelch
opens, the input is automatically switched to the DJ-X30.
• You can assign functions you want to the operation buttons A, B, C and D. (See
