Upgrading the Processor
If you want to upgrade your computer by replacing the existing processor with a faster/
new one you will need to contact your customer service representative. We
recommend that you do not do this yourself, since if it is done incorrectly you may
damage the processor or mainboard
Removing the Battery
If you are confi dent in undertaking upgrade procedures yourself, for safety reasons it is
best to remove the battery.
1. Turn the computer off, turn it over and remove the battery.
2. Slide latch towards the unlock symbol and hold it in place, and slide latch in
the direction of the arrow.
3. Slide the battery out and lift it up and out of the battery bay.
