CART MOUNTED UNITS — CART SECUREMENT:
To prevent your
Alfresco
Cart and Barbeque from
rolling on a leveled or une-
ven floor, secure the cart’s
caster wheels located on
the front of the cart.
The caster wheels are ac-
cessible by opening the
doors and using the
wheel’s side lever to LOCK
or UNLOCK the backing
system of the wheels as
shown to the right.
FRONT PANEL LED LIGHTING REPLACEMENT:
T
o replace an LED light, simply detach the light assembly rail located at the under the bullnose of the
front control panel of your
Alfresco
™ Gourmet Grill.
TIP: Very little effort is required to SNAP OUT and re-install the LED assembly into place.
To ease the effort, all knobs may be temporarily removed. Test by powering up our
Alfresco
™ Gour-
met Grill and turning ON the light switch.

STEPS:
1. Pull Out (SNAP OUT) and Down.
2. Drop of the panel carefully ensuring the
LED panel comes down with the electrical
plug connector on the left side.
3. Disconnect the plug and completely re-
move the light assembly
• To re-install, repeat these steps in the re-
versed order .
