PERIODIC MAINTENANCE
1. Clean the stainless steel
Alfa ovens are made with high quality 304 stainless
steel outside and 441 inside. To clean the stainless
steel we suggest using an stainless steel cleaner.
Be sure to read the instructions reported on the
product.
2. Protect stainless steel
To better protect the stainless steel, we suggest
using Vaseline or oil (some people use olive or baby
oil)
3. Cover the oven
Don’t forget to use the Alfa covers to protect your
oven.
EVERY 2-3 YEARS
1. Clean some rust spot
Stainless steel is rust-proof but in some case
(humidity, sea salt, etc.) some rust spots may
appear. You can use a rust remover to get your
stainless steel perfect again.
