Quick Setup Diagram

There are many potential setups for the ZoneMix 6, and the diagram below represents only one

possibility. Study the diagram first, and then follow the connection steps below:

1. Before making any connections, be sure all gain settings are at "zero" and all

devices are off.

2. Connect all input sources.

3. Connect the stereo outputs to the power amplifier(s) and/or audio receivers such as

tape decks.

4. Plug your mixer into AC power. Now you are ready to switch everything on.

IMPORTANT:

Always switch on your audio input sources such as turntables or CD players

first, then your mixer, and finally any amplifiers. When turning off, always reverse this

operation by turning off amplifiers, then your mixer, and then input devices.

TUNE

Neutrik™ "Combo" connector proper wiring – This will allow the use of either 1/4" or

XLR connectors depending upon the switch position. You should wire your connections

according to the following chart details:

MODE: POSITION

Line Stereo: 1=ground, 2=left, 3=right

Line Mono: 1=ground, 2=signal, 3=ground

Mic Balanced: 1=ground, 2= "+", 3= "-"

Mic Unbalanced: 1=ground, 2=signal, 3=ground
