16 Detailed Command Summary

Audio Control
Description: This command causes the Digital Video Machine 4 to mute or unmute the audio.
Command bytes: [<ID>@]ncAD<CR>
where n is 0 (Mute) or 1 (Unmute).
Message Response: R<CR>
Video Control
Description: This command causes the Digital Video Machine 4 to mute or unmute the video.
Command bytes: [<ID>@]ncVD<CR>
where n is 0 (Black) or 1 (Image).
Message Response: R<CR>
Video Mode
Description: This command causes the Digital Video Machine 4 to switch the Output mode
of the video. The DVM4 is capable of displaying NTSC, PAL, PAL-M, 1080i,
720p, 480i, or 480p. This setting will be stored permanently in the DVM4’s
configuration.
Command bytes: [<ID>@]<Mode>cVD<CR>
where <Mode> is NTSC, PAL, PALM, 1080i, 720p, 480i, 480p, 576i, or 576p.
Message Response: R<CR>
Examples: Set channel 1 to PAL: PAL1VD<CR>
Set all channels to 720p: 720P*VD<CR>
Video Colorspace
Description: This command causes the Digital Video Machine 4 to switch the video
colorspace setting of the designated channel. The DVM4 is capable of
outputting RGB, YUV, and Composite video signals. This setting will be stored
permanently in the DVM4’s configuration.
Command bytes: [<ID>@]ncVC<CR>
where n is 0 (RGB) , 1 (YUV), or 2 (Composite).
