Menu Bar: Options - DOCTOR SETTINGS - FOOTSWITCH
Selecting the Footswitch Settings tab from the Doctor Settings screen allows the user
to specify functions for each surgical footswitch button and configure the treadle
detents and transitions (see Figures 2-11 through 2-13).

The Footswitch Buttons screen allows the user change the function of each footswitch
button associated with the currently connected footswitch. Each button is labeled with
a dropdown menu that lists the all possible selections for that button in the current
mode. Below the footswitch is a horizontal list of modes for the currently selected
domain; Anterior or Posterior.
EXAMPLE: Changing the button configuration.
In the Footswitch Buttons Screen, follow the steps below to change the button
assignments.
1. Select the domain: Anterior or Posterior.
2. Select the mode.
3. If applicable, select the submode.
4. Select the label next to the button to be changed. The Footswitch Action
Selection popup shown in Figure 2-12 appears with the available selections.
