AMS Non-Compliance Support
The following process flow illustrates the steps involved if a contested hearing is
requested.

1. Once a contested hearing is requested, notify AMS so a Customer Services
Manager can prepare a formal analysis of the non-compliance event.
2. The AMS Director of Technical Support and/or AMS Chief Technology Officer
reviews the formal court report.
3. AMS prepares the court report and provides the completed report to the
customer.
4. The customer testifies at the hearing, explaining the report details if necessary.
