Battery Low
A Battery Low alert is generated when the battery on the bracelet needs to be replaced.
The alert is auto-resolved when the battery is replaced.
Note: The battery should continue to function for 7 to 10 days after the Battery Low alert
appears.
ALERT CONFIRMATION PROCESS
Once SCRAMNET receives all bracelet alcohol and biometric readings, the information is
processed using a series of application logic to determine if an alcohol, tamper,
obstruction, and/or removal event has been detected. If an alert is generated, the alert data
is analyzed and interpreted by a Customer Services Manager, with the results transferred
to your Daily Action Plan.
All suspected events are reviewed using a set of confirmation criteria that has been
clearly defined and validated with live subject testing and thousands of clients.

Alert Review and Confirmation
The following steps are performed each morning.
1. AMS Customer Services reviews all alerts.
2. An AMS Customer Services Manager reviews the alerts and determines if a non-
compliance of the Program Participant Agreement has occurred.
Note: An obstruction must be in place for an extended period of time before the
alert can be confirmed.
