Once you have completed all of the modules, take the Level 1 Training Certification
Exam. Upon successfully completing the exam with a score of 75% or higher, you will
receive a SCRAM Level 1 Training Certificate.
If you are unable to attend the Level 1 Training class at AMS, you will need the
following items:
Computer/laptop with Internet access for the instructor to launch the
presentations and audio messages for each slide
Video projector and speakers that connect to the instructor’s computer to project
presentation and sound
Computer/laptop with Internet access for each participant
SCRAM equipment
o SCRAM Bracelet with battery, faceplate, and straps
o SCRAM Modem
o Direct Connect
o Analog phone cord
o SCRAM removal tool
o Strap screw
o Phillips screwdriver
o Magnet

This series of topical modules include presentation and supporting audio materials for
viewing by the customer at the pace that is appropriate. After you complete a module,
answering review questions ensure that you have comprehended the material presented.
Upon completion of the training, your Customer Services Manager is available to review
and clarify any topics or procedures that are unclear to you.
Additional support tools for the everyday tasks and procedures have been developed that
further re-enforce the training material.
