Client Management
Once the client is set up on the SCRAM Program, you may need to perform several
maintenance activities, such as replacing the bracelet battery or checking the equipment
back into your inventory. An online wizard and printed instructions are available to guide
you through each activity. In addition, SCRAM
NET allows you to update personal
information, add notes, change schedules, and view equipment history.
SCRAM
NET also includes features that assist with determining if each client is in
compliance with the rules as defined in the Participant Agreement. Those features
include:
• Alert Generation – If data from the modem indicates non-compliance,
SCRAM
NET generates a event-specific alert.
• Client-Specific Reporting – Summarized alert-specific reports provide easy
access to client compliance or non-compliance data.
Inventory Management
You can perform all Inventory Management tasks using SCRAM
NET. From the
application, you can:
• Locate equipment using a filtered search feature
• Receive equipment in a centralized location and, when necessary, ship equipment
to your servicing locations
• Move a single piece of equipment or a group of equipment to another location for
assignment to a client
• Change the status of one piece of equipment or group of equipment
• Determine the operational readiness of each piece of equipment
With these features, you are able to maintain the proper level of available equipment at
all times.
