Appendix A – Alerts/Program Non-Compliance Model
The following table provides guidance on what steps to take when a client has a first,
second, and third event for the various types of offenses.
*Decisions about how to proceed depend upon the length of time between the events, the
resolution of the earlier events and whether there are other possible non-compliance
events prior to or concurrently with the event in question.
