For a bracelet that is not
charging, ensure that a
green
fl ashing light t urns on when the
bracelet is placed on a charger.
I f no light s t urn on, replace t he
charger.
I f replacing the charger does
not correct t he issue, replace
the bracelet and request an RMA
from AMS.
For a bracelet that is not holding
a charge, check t he ‘Event
Details’ window t o ensure
that t he client is charging t he
bracelet as inst ruct ed.
I f the client appears t o be
charging t he bracelet as
inst ruct ed and the batt ery is
deplet ing fast er t han norm al,
replace t he bracelet and request
an RMA fr om AMS.
