bracelet through t he soft ware.
“N A” Battery
Status

bracelet bat t ery
voltage has not
updated wit hin t he
last 2 hours. On the
Dashboard page,
the Battery icon in
the Locat or Bat t er y
colum n will display
“ NA” inside the
bat tery.
Check t he ‘Events Det ail’ window
to determ ine if the client let
the bracelet bat t ery com plet ely
deplet e due t o lack of charging.
I f so, have client charge t he
bracelet .
I f the bracelet has been in
com m unicat ion failure for over
2 hours t hen the bracelet will go
into “ NA” bat t ery st at us.
Follow the recom m ended actions
to clear t he com m unicat ion
failur e.

back plat e tam per.
On the Dashboard
page, a blinking
red
icon appears in the
Equipm ent colum n for
the client .
Visually inspect t he bracelet for
signs of a t am per around t he
back plat e.
I f there are no signs of a
tam per, replace the back plate.
I f the back plat e fails to secure
com plet ely or the bracelet
regenerates a t am per alert
short ly after replacing the back
plat e, replace t he bracelet and
request an RMA from AMS.
Strap Tam per I ndicat es t hat there
was a pot ent ial
st rap t am per. On
the Dashboard
page, a blinking red
icon appears in the
Equipm ent colum n for
the client .
Visually inspect t he bracelet for
signs t hat the strap has been
cut or com prom ised by a heat
sour ce.
I f there are no signs of a
tam per, replace the bracelet and
request an RMA from AMS.
