d. Open the communication and verify that a “Bracelet Started
Initialization” message appears.
e. If the message does NOT appear, contact AMS Customer
Services.
ESTABLISH CLIENT LEAVE SCHEDULE
Perform the following steps after assigning SCRAM equipment to a
client who is being monitored for both alcohol abstinance and house
arrest.
1. Locate the date for the fi rst authorized leave event.
2. On that line in the schedule:
a. Enter the leave name.
b. Enter the start and end time.
The length of the leave window appears in the Duration fi eld.
c. If the client is required to leave the premises during the
leave event, click the Must Leave check box.
d. Set occurence.
» One Time - Select the One Time radio button if the
leave event is not recurring.
» Edit Recurrence - With the Edit Recurrence radio
button selected, click the link and set the parameters
for the recurring event.
3. Add Additional Leave Event.
a. Click the Plus icon (
).
b. Repeat steps 2a through 2d above.
4. Click the Duplicate icon (
) if the event will recur at the
same day and time on a weekly basis.
5. Click the Save Changes button.
ONGOING CLIENT MANAGEMENT
PROCESS ALERTS FROM AGENCY CASELOAD PAGE
1. On the Caseload page, look for any clients who have a red ‘x’ in
the CAM column.
2. Click the Expand node (
) in the left column to display the
alert(s).
3. Click the alert link to view alert details.
4. After addressing the alert with the client, click the Comments
button.
5. Add a comment, if necessary, then click the Resolve button.
