REFUND POLICY
The Refund Policy for returns is 15 days from shipping date on consumer electronics products from
Alcidae store only. All other units purchased from retail stores would need to follow our warranty policy.
Any return must include the following: original packaging, box, plastic bags, manuals, cords, etc. It is

days, Priority = 1 business day.
Weekend deliveries are not available.
Ground shipping is not available to all locations.

Does my billing address have to match the shipping address on file with my credit card?
Yes. For credit card verification you must enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit
card statement. We will not ship to another address for security reasons.
