To Put a Call on Hold
1. During an active call, press the Hold softkey.
2. Press the Back softkey or the red key
to return to the call.
Swapping Calls
While on an active call with a call on hold you can swap calls, switching which call is on hold.
To make the call on hold active and leave the active call on hold do the following.
1. Press the Options softkey.
2. Select Swap calls and press OK
.
To Accept a Second Incoming Call
Press the Green button to accept second incoming call. To terminate the call in progress and
resume the one on hold, press Reject.
After accepting the second incoming call you can swap between those call, by pressing:
Options->Swap calls
To Blind Transfer a Call
1. During an active call, press the Hold softkey.
2. Press the Options softkey.
3. Select Transfer, and press OK
.
4. Enter the number to transfer the call to.
5. Press the green key
to connect the call on hold to the number you entered.
