To Put a Call on Hold
To hold/resume a call:
1. Press the Hold softkey to put your active call on hold.
2. If there is only one call on hold, press the Resume softkey or Hold button to retrieve the
call.
3. If there are more than one call on hold, press the line button, press the Up/Down button
to highlight the call, press the Resume softkey or Hold button to retrieve the call.
To Accept a Second Incoming Call
1. In desktop status, click Call Feature->Call Waiting option to enter and enable Call Waiting
function.
2. Press “Save” to save the changes and get back to the Call Features page.
Please Note: If Call Waiting is enabled by the called extension, when a new call is coming during
an active call, the device will sound a “Du…”, and the LCD indicates the incoming call, the caller
will hear the ring back tone. When the phone is ringing, press Answer sofkey or the line with a
blinking LED. The phone will put the call in progress on hold.
