To Set up a Conference Call
During a call, select a free line by pressing “Line” button to call the second party using the same
account. This will place the first call on hold. Dial the number of new destination and press “Audio
Call” or “Video Call” button. Once the user has established the second call, press the
button
for additional functions and press the “Conf” button. The message “Press ‘Yes’ to conference with
held call, or ‘Cancel’ to cancel.” will appear on the display. Pressing the ‘Yes’ button would bring
the three parties together in a 3 way conference.
If after pressing the “Yes” button, a user decides not to conference anyone, either press “END” in
the conference call or simply hang up and terminate the call.
