Action URL/URI
Action URL：when an operation takes place, the phone will send an http GET request to
configured URL.
The events that can be recorded include: Setup Completed, Log On, Log Off, Register
Failed, Off hook, On hook…etc.
To set Action URL via web interface：
Choose Phone->Action URL
Enter the Corresponding contents
Click Confirm to save the changes.
