In this state the   is assigned to the downstream (R

channel (towards the USB connection).
The   is assigned to the upstream (T

) data channel
(towards the ADSL channel).
Both LEDs stay green. When an ATM cell is processed in a
channel, the associated LED will go off for a short time.
During a session, the   flashes red, when the USB bus
congests. Refer to appendix A for troubleshooting this state.
