Report Manager Known Anomalies

Error during CABI Integration Step
Symptom:
After successfully installing CABI, I performed the Report Manager integration step.
When I pressed Save, I saw the following error:
Error importing SRM content: Required dependencies not found on target system :
[AQuGhZ2EfP1NkSXoQTUcKz0, AQck.q67O5dHtfsJTBBtsU0]
Solution:
The CA Reports folder and CA user groups were not added during the CABI installation.
This problem occurred because the BIConfig post-install step was not performed.

Server Inaccessible after Installation
Symptom:
After installing CABI and CA Spectrum Release 9.4 on the same server, BOXI Tomcat uses
all of the CPU resources on that server, which makes the server inaccessible.
Solution:
Restart BOXI Tomcat. You can use the tomcatshutdown.sh and tomcatstartup.sh scripts
in the bobje directory for Unix, and use the Central Configuration Manager (CCM) for
Windows, to stop and start Tomcat.
