JdbcTemplate Exceptions
During Tomcat shutdown, exceptions can occur in code that references JdbcTemplate.
These exceptions occur when an SQL query or update is issued during shutdown.
These exceptions can be safely ignored.
Internationalization Limitations
■
Report Manager database migration from the 9.1 J version of CA Spectrum is not
supported.
■
CABI 3.x does not support Traditional Chinese.
As a workaround, install the English version of CABI on servers that are set to the
Traditional Chinese locale, or on any unsupported language operating system.
If you use the English version, change the locale of the CABI server to Traditional
Chinese (zh_TW) to enable the display of InfoView pages in Traditional Chinese. Set
the following InfoView preferences:
■ Product Locale: Traditional Chinese
■ Preferred Viewing Locale: Chinese (Taiwan).
On-Demand Report Limitation
Symptom:
There is a known issue with BOXI when scheduling on-demand reports with Inbox as the
destination.
When scheduling reports in BOXI, if the destination that you select is Business Objects
Inbox, we recommend selecting the Shortcut option rather than "Copy" for the "Send
As" parameter. Using the "Copy" option challenges the user for database login
information and then displays the parameter page. The report is regenerated instead of
displaying the scheduled instance.
