Report Manager Known Anomalies
The following topics describe known Report Manager anomalies:
IP Domain Support
To use Report Manager from outside an IP domain, the OneClick Server entry on the
Admin Tools, Preferences page must contain the fully qualified hostname of the
OneClick server to correctly navigate to OneClick from Report Manager.
Warning After Tomcat Shutdown
Symptom:
When Tomcat is shut down, the following message is displayed in the stdout.log file on
Windows (Catalina.out on Linux/Solaris):
log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger
(org.apache.commons.digester.Digester.sax).
log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly.
Solution:
This message can be safely ignored.
Search Limitations in Reports
Symptom:
The web browser Search function only finds matches in a report on pages that are
below the one currently displayed.
Solution:
We plan to address this known issue in a future release of CA Spectrum.
'Unable to Delete' Message during Uninstallation
Symptom:
During the uninstallation of SRM on a Windows platform, an error message can appear,
stating "Unable to delete file myodbc3.dll". Additional error messages that warn of an
inability to delete directories where the DLL resides can also appear. This error results
from running a report that causes the DLL to load into memory.
Solution:
You can safely ignore these error messages and proceed with the uninstallation.
