which contains stateful and stateless offloads to
accelerate the Windows network stack.
Plugins are not answering correctly. If so,
deactivate this new functionality on Windows 2003
server with command :
Netsh int ip set chimney DISABLED

Outlook
Utilization of Word as email editor in Outlook XP SP3
will cause a security alert on each new created
message. This is a restriction due to Microsoft Security
for Outlook.
To avoid it, the only way is to not try to create the
alcatel toolbar in the new message. To do so,
please launch the unregisterwordmail.reg file
which is present in the Extensions/MyExtensions
folder after installation.

Extensions In case of NTLM authentication, the UC server must
be defined in your Internet Explorer trusted locations.
This is due to an Internet Explorer, else the user
will be prompted to enter his UC login/password

Extensions If the client extensions are installed providing an IP
address for the UC server, the Windows client must
use a DNS and this DNS must be configured properly
(reverse lookup).
A name resolution is done by the client because of
some applications restrictions (web softphone with
RHES must be accessed by FQDN address)

user configuration, Lotus Notes won’t start after
installing the extensions.
Extension installation will create à notes.ini file in
the Notes program directory (program
files/IBM/Lotus/Notes), which contains only
one line “EXTMGR_ADDINS=eccunreadsyn.dll”.
Remove this notes.ini file and add the line
manually in every user’s notes.ini file
