Teamwork” text by “Teamwork Services”

CAUTION :
Teamwork server must be installed with 5.1.000.586 (ACS 7.1.4.5084) version.
2.3.7 My IC coupled with Sametime specific info (FOR BETA ONLY)
- For coupling MyIC 1.8 with Lotus Sametime :
After Sametime service's creation in the WebAdmin and UC restart:
You will observe following issues
No telephonic presence for Sametime's contacts
On IP TOUCH set: IM, Contacts and Conf are still displayed
In order to solve that, it's mandatory to modify : /opt/Alcatel/Ecs/acs.properties config file with the
Sametime server host and port, for the telephonic presence and IP TOUCH.
(un-comment some lines !!):
acs.present=disabled
communicationServer.type=SameTime
communicationServer.host=sametime.company.com (=> this is the sametime server FQDN)
communicationServer.port=1516
After modifying the file, you will have to restart the ecsd service: service ecsd restart
Additionally, you will have to fill in the PresenceID field for each OTUC user with the user name used
for login in the sametime environment
Be sure also to include the OTUC server Ip address in the list of trusted IP addresses on the
Sametime server
