2.3.5.4 Important : TO DO ACTIONS after migration
OTS
In the Web Admin, after migration procedure, go in Services ==> Open Telephony Server (configure)
==> OTS Nodes list (modify) ==> re-select each Call Server in the PCX pick list and press the
“Apply” button
PRS
After migration, all the PRS applications that are not the OTUC core ones must be re-created
manually.
[Take care to all the non-core OTUC PRS applications (My_P, My_M, My_A) that are created before
migrating, because they will be lost after migration and you will have to re-create them manually (it is
a restriction).]
Teamwork Services rights
If the site has Teamwork Services on IPTouch installed, please read the following very carefully.
Since release R5.0.000.543, this feature is controlled by right, so after installation from scratch, or
migration, you will have to :
1. Create the Teamwork Services application in the Alcatel-Lucent OmniTouch UC webAdmin :
2. This will allow for all the users to have the Teamwork Services right un-greyed :
