2.3.2 New installation of Alcatel-Lucent OmniTouch UC 5.1.000.586

2.3.2.1 Installation procedure

• Install a fresh linux system

• Use the setup.bin delivered in the DVD to install R5.1.000.586.

• Use the postinstall.sh script delivered to complete 5.1.000.586 installation

Note: the postinstall.sh script can be found in directory:

/Servers/Complements/Scripts/Linux/postInstall.sh

2.3.2.2 Important : TO DO ACTIONS after installation

Application Server Primary and Unified Login

Verify in OTUC administration services that server port is set to 443 for Application Server

Primary and Unified login

Teamwork Services rights

If the site has Teamwork Services on IPTouch installed, please read the following very carefully.

Since release R5.0.001.543, this feature is controlled by right, so after installation from scratch,

or migration, you will have to :
