File Management Specifications
The functionality described in this chapter is supported on the OmniSwitch Series switches unless other-
wise stated in the following Specifications table or specifically noted within any section of this chapter.

Configuration Recovery The flash/certified directory holds configurations that are certified as
the default start-up files for the switch. They will be used in the event of
a non-specified reload.
Default Switch Directory - /flash Contains the certified, working, switch, network, and user-defined
directories.
File/Directory Name Metrics 255 character maximum. File and directory names are case sensitive.
File/Directory Name Characters Any valid ASCII character except ‘/’.
Sub-Directories Additional user-defined directories created in the /flash directory.
