Authentication failed for User <username> : src
ip <IPaddr>src port <portnum> dst ip <IPaddr>dst
port <portnum> connection type TELNET
This entry is issued when a user connected through TELNET fails to
authenticate. Information about the source and destination IP addresses and
ports is provided.
Authentication succeeded for User <username> :
connection type SERIAL
This entry is issued when a user connected through the serial port successfully
authenticates.
Authentication succeeded for User <username> :
src ip <IPaddr> src port <portnum>dst ip<IPaddr>
dst port <portnum> connection type TELNET
This entry is issued when a user connected through TELNET successfully
authenticates. Information about the source and destination IP addresses and
ports is provided.
ICMP srcip=<ipaddr>, dstip=<ipaddr>, type=<number1>,
code=<number2>,sequence=<number3>, id=<number4>,
action=<action>, policy=<policy>
where:
srcip indicates the source IP address of the packet.
dstip indicates the destination IP address of the packet.
type indicates the ICMP type number.
code indicates the ICMP code number.
sequence indicates the sequence number.
id indicates the ID number if the packet is an ICMP echo request or response
packet.
action indicates the disposition of the packet, which will be one of the following:
deny: The packet was dropped.
permit: The packet was forwarded.
