17 Click Done. The installer closes.
18 Close the console window.
Procedure 15-4 To reconfigure a Cflowd auxiliary server
Perform this procedure to update the Cflowd auxiliary server configuration after a
change in the available platform resources.
1 Log on to the Cflowd auxiliary server as the root user.
2 Open a console window.
3 Enter the following:
# cd /opt/5620sam/dcp-R_rRn/bin
4 Enter the following to stop the Cflowd auxiliary server:
# ./dcpctl.sh stop
The following messages are displayed.
Stopping 5620 SAM DCP server...
5620 SAM DCP server is stopped successfully
Stopping 5620 SAM DCP database...
DCP database is stopped successfully
5 Enter the following:
# ./dcpctl.sh reconfig
The script lists the configuration files that are updated.
6 Enter the following to start the Cflowd auxiliary server:
# ./dcpctl.sh start
The following messages are displayed.
Starting 5620 SAM DCP database...
Caution — This procedure requires a restart of the Cflowd auxiliary
server, which is service-affecting. You must perform the procedure only
during a scheduled maintenance period.
Note — You require root user privileges on the Cflowd auxiliary server
station to perform this procedure.
