l Connect up the telephone and power cables.The base lamp lights up to show that the base is connected
to the mains.

l Connect and install the batteries, and fit the battery cover.

Only use rechargeable batteries with the same specifications as those supplied with the
product. Using non-rechargeable or nonconforming batteries could damage the product
(see “Technical Specifications”).
