If the STPro and other LAN device(s) are properly connected and

10BaseT Half Duplex Interfacing
Make sure the 10BaseT port(s) of your PC(s) are configured for
either Auto Negotiation or Half Duplex.
Never configure the 10BaseT Ports for FullDuplex !
