Placing a call3.1.1
The user can easily start a call using Phone.
Enter this menu using one of the following two ways:
Touch •
from Home screen.
Touch •
from Home screen and select Phone.
Touch to add to
Contacts
Touch and hold to
access Voice mail
Scroll up or down to
view matched results
Touch to send message
Enter the desired number from keyboard directly or select a contact
from Contacts, Call log or Favourites by touching tabs, then touch
to place the call. The number you entered can be saved to Contacts by
touching
.
If you make a mistake, you can delete the incorrect digits by touching
.
To hang up a call, touch End.
International call
To dial an international call, touch and hold to enter “+”, then enter
the international country prefix followed by the full phone number and
finally touch .
Emergency call
If your phone has network coverage, dial emergency number and touch
to make an emergency call. This works even without a SIM card and
without typing the PIN code.

When you receive an incoming call, touch the green phone icon to answer;
touch the red phone icon to reject.
When you receive an incoming call, but don’t want to answer, you may
decline it by dragging up the red phone icon. The caller is sent directly to
your voice mail box to leave a message. Or to reject a call with an SMS, by
pressing the Menu key and touching Send message.
