Customized management
1. Enter the name to be assig ned to the d atabase (e.g.: t elephone directory).
2. Click the Selected Folder... button. A search window is opened in w hich the following actions
are carried out:
• selection of the source file for the directory required,
• confirm data entered with “OK” .
3. Return to the previous window. Confirm by clicking “OK” .
Note: these steps and those that follow differ according t
o the type of dat abase required (here,
Excel). In other cases, follow the on-screen instruc tion
s for the type of database required;
The following window displays the database created .
Example:
Select the database (here, telephone directory) and click “OK”. The following window is then dis-
played:
