2 To access the
Advanced Configuration section, click Show tab on the right
of this option.
3 Change the value of the required parameter described above.
Reauthentication Time Interval This is the time period after the
elapse of which the
re-authentication of supplicants
takes place. Unicast keys are
updated after each re-authorization.
Enable Multicast Key Rotation This option enables the rotation of
multicast keys. Multicast keys are
used to encrypt multicast packets
generated for each AP. Multicast
keys are associated with each SSID
Multicast Key Rotation Time Interval The time period between each
multicast key rotation.
Enable Unicast Key Rotation This option enables the rotation of
unicast keys.
Unicast Key Rotation Time Interval The time period between each
unicast key rotation
Reset 802.1x Parameter to Factory
Defaults
Resets the dot.1x settings to the
factory defaults.
Machine Authentication Cache
Timeout
Time in hours
WPA Key Retry Count This is the number of attempts the
switch makes to obtain the WPA
key.
WPA Key Timeout Time in seconds. Time after which
the authentication server is timed
out after WPA key fails to respond.
