Configuring the Network VLAN ID
To configure the management VLAN ID of the switch, use the network mgmt_vlan
command in Global Configuration mode.
network mgmt_vlan vlan_id
The following example sets the management VLAN ID to 3:

(SafeGuardOS) (config) #network mgmt_vlan 3
(SafeGuardOS) (config) #
Configuring the Network Protocol
To specify the network port configuration protocol, use the network protocol command
in Global Configuration mode.

Configuring SNMP on the Device
This section describes the commands used for configuring SNMP. See the following

Syntax Description network Select the locally administered MAC address.
burnedin Select the burned in MAC address.
Syntax Description vlan_id VLAN ID of the management VLAN. Range is 1 to
4094.
